Yes. Each family member needs their own application and supporting documents. Spouses generally must both be at least 21 when the permit becomes valid, with exceptions such as joint custody of a child. No. Finland does not grant an entrepreneur permit merely because a person invests in or owns a company. You must work in the company in Finland and meet the permit requirements. The competent Economic Development Centre and Migri assess the application independently.Official requirements

The entrepreneur route concerns an actively operated business whose profitability and ability to support you are assessed. The startup route concerns innovative ventures with international growth potential and requires a positive Business Finland Eligibility Statement. The budget depends on the business, location, purchase or setup costs and working capital. Family living costs, official fees and service fees must also be planned.
