OFFICIAL ASSESSMENT

Incorporating or transferring a company does not itself create a right of residence.

The Finnish route is assessed on active work, an eligible company role, business viability and means of support. The competent Economic Development Centre issues the partial business decision and Migri makes the residence-permit decision. Estonian e-Residency is only a digital identity and creates no residence, work or entry rights in Estonia or the EU.

A Finnish company is commercial infrastructure; residence requires a separate statutory assessment.

Evidence from an existing business can support the commercial story. The Finnish company structure, your ownership and management role, accounting, viability and means of support are assessed together under the entrepreneur permit route.

The Finland option is for physically relocating and actively managing the company after a permit is granted. Estonia e-Residency serves a different goal: managing an Estonian company online. Finnance provides company and accounting services; our team coordinates the route and referral.
