Official Decisions and No-Guarantee Notice

1. General rule

GG Ventures Oy and the Girişimci Göçmen brand do not issue residence permits, visas, school admissions, job offers or official eligibility statements. We prepare and coordinate agreed work and make transparent referrals. No investment, service fee, application, company formation, admission or employment offer guarantees immigration status.

2. Finland entrepreneur residence permit

The marketed ‘active business investment’ route uses Finland's official residence permit for an entrepreneur. It is not a passive-investment, golden-visa or investor-visa programme. Owning or purchasing a company, share, property, vehicle or mobile kitchen alone does not create a right of residence.

• The applicant must work in the company in Finland and meet the requirements for an eligible entrepreneur and company role.
• The competent Economic Development Centre assesses the business, profitability and means of support in its partial decision.
• Migri processes the residence-permit application and makes the final permit decision. Approval cannot be guaranteed.

3. Finland startup entrepreneur permit

The startup route is for an existing, validated, innovative and internationally scalable venture that meets Business Finland's current criteria. Business Finland independently assesses eligibility. A positive Eligibility Statement is required but does not itself grant or guarantee residence; Migri separately decides each founder's permit. The statement does not include investment or funding.

4. Finland student residence permit

The educational institution decides admission and programme-specific age, language and academic requirements. Migri separately assesses the study residence permit, sufficient funds, insurance and general permit conditions. Family members submit separate family-ties applications. Neither education guidance nor admission guarantees residence for the student or family.

5. Employment routes

AVISEN, EURES and the EU Talent Pool can support research or matching but cannot guarantee recruitment, a job offer, work permission or residence. The employer decides hiring and the competent authority of the destination country decides immigration status. For Finnish permit applications, Migri is the deciding immigration authority.

6. Moving an existing business and Estonia e-Residency

Forming or transferring a Finnish company does not create a right of residence. The active role, eligible company position, business viability, means of support and general permit conditions are assessed under the entrepreneur route. Estonia e-Residency is a government-issued digital identity for online services and company administration; it does not provide citizenship, tax residence, physical residence, work or entry rights in Estonia or the EU.

7. Family members

A main applicant's file does not automatically include a spouse or children. Each family member submits a separate application, proves the relevant family relationship and meets the requirements applicable to that file. Coordinated preparation is not a guarantee that applications will be decided together or positively.

8. Current official information

Fees, processing estimates, income thresholds and legal criteria may change. Dated figures on this site are informational snapshots. The competent authority's current requirements on the date of application take precedence. Personal legal, tax and immigration consequences depend on individual facts and may require advice from an appropriately authorised professional.
